According to Mignini, this individual could have played a role in the murder and he would have fled abroad a few days after the crime.
The magistrate reported that he had reported the information to the Perugia Prosecutor's Office, which however – as reported by ANSA – he would not intend to reopen the case, which has remained defined in the now definitive sentences.
