Rome, October 6 - (Adnkronos) - "A great victory for the center-right and Roberto Occhiuto, who was reconfirmed as head of the Calabria region with a 20% lead over the left," said Denis Nesci, MEP for the Brothers of Italy-ECR party, in a statement.

"Thanks to the Calabrian electorate, who rewarded good governance and the seriousness of the work done and were not fooled by the demagogic promises of the 5S candidate Tridico," he concludes.
