Milan, June 17 (Adnkronos) – The first controversy arose over the seizure report of the garbage can from the Poggi house, which remained in the villa on Via Pascoli for about eight months until the family of Chiara, the twenty-six-year-old killed on August 13, 2007 in Garlasco, regained possession of the home. At that time, the blue bag ended up at the Pavia Forensic Medicine Department and is now among the items at the center of the evidentiary incident requested by the Pavia Prosecutor's Office, which has reopened the investigation.
The new suspect is Andrea Sempio, a friend of the victim's brother, but by law the only guilty party is Alberto Stasi, the then boyfriend who was definitively sentenced to 16 years in prison.
A skirmish that opened the confrontation between the parties - Sempio's consultants, Stasi's and the Poggi family's - and that was resolved when the seizure report came out. The box has not yet been opened and while the consultants ask to be able to take photos (like the experts) the garbage will be at the center of the second round of the evidentiary incident scheduled for Thursday, June 19.
