Milan, April 30 (Adnkronos) – The mother of Andrea Sempio, investigated for the murder of Chiara Poggi, is still unwell even though more than 48 hours have passed since she was summoned to the police station to be heard as a witness to what happened on the morning of August 13, 2007, the day of the crime for which Alberto Stasi, the victim's boyfriend at the time, was definitively sentenced to 16 years in prison.

"The mother - explains to Adnkronos the lawyer Angela Taccia - started to feel bad already when she saw the crowd of journalists" in front of the command in via Moscova in Milan. "I managed to calm her down, then she had another panic attack after, despite having exercised the right to abstain (as a close relative, ed.), the carabinieri asked her other questions and then the panic gradually increased". An insistence that concerned personal facts, in particular on a person unknown to Sempio himself.

"Mrs. Daniela Ferrari answered about this third person then she started to feel dizzy, have tachycardia, a panic attack because she was scared by the fact that they continued to ask her things even though she had immediately exercised the right to not answer" adds the lawyer who asks "to leave alone" Sempio's mother. "Respect and sensitivity are needed" for a woman - "still in bed with strong anxiety attacks" - not involved in the investigation.
