Mathematics teacher arrested in San Giustino

A math teacher caught selling cocaine near his home.

An unexpected arrest

A shocking episode has rocked the community of San Giustino, in the province of Perugia, where a respected mathematics professor was arrested for cocaine dealing. The man, known for his dedication to teaching, was caught red-handed while attempting to sell drugs to a customer in the immediate vicinity of his home. The police, alerted by reports, intervened promptly, leading to the arrest of the teacher and the imposition of house arrest.

The Professor's Double Life

The investigation, conducted by the Guardia di Finanza Company of Città di Castello, revealed a disturbing reality: the professor, a teacher by day and a drug dealer by night, had built a drug sales network that extended well beyond the confines of his profession. During a house search, the agents found a precision scale, cutting substances and a sum of cash, all elements that confirm the illicit activity. This case raises questions about the life of someone who apparently lives a normal life, but hides dangerous secrets.

A well-organized business

The investigations revealed a sophisticated sales system, with orders placed via WhatsApp and coded language to avoid police checks. The military reconstructed about 200 episodes of drug dealing in recent months, with over a hundred grams of cocaine sold and an illicit profit of over 10.000 euros. The constant coming and going of suspicious people near the professor's home attracted the attention of the authorities, leading to a decisive intervention. Currently, twelve people have been identified and reported as cocaine users, including a customer caught during the raid, found in possession of a dose he had just purchased.
