Milan, November 14 (Adnkronos) – Promoting public mobility and road safety education are the goals of ATM's new project 'Sicuramente', an educational game aimed at boys and girls and the younger generations to promote road rules and the responsible use of public transport. The initiative is a collaboration with the Lorenzo Guarnieri Association, Giunti Editore, and Giunti Scuola, with the aim of teaching children to recognize urban spaces as shared environments, governed by rules and respectful behavior.

With the 'Sicuramente' project, ATM becomes an ambassador for safe mobility education for future "adults" and key figures in Milan, continuing its public role as a company actively promoting values of social responsibility. This is a commitment ATM has been pursuing for years, including through the development of initiatives and awareness campaigns to spread an increasingly inclusive culture. Already, 300 'Sicuramente' kits have been distributed to primary schools in the Milan area, with another 200 to be delivered in the coming days. The package includes a book and an illustrated map of the city, which depicts all ATM vehicles that share the streets with pedestrians, motorists, cyclists, and more. This map allows children to learn how to experience Milan safely and travel responsibly.

"What Makes Milan Move?" is the title of the book that explains, through simple and entertaining stories, how public transportation is the best choice for getting around the city: trams, buses, trolleybuses, the subway network, and bike sharing with BikeMi, in fact, contribute to the sustainable growth of mobility in Milan. Environmental sustainability and vehicle renewal are a cornerstone of ATM's investments, which, through its "Full Electric" Plan, plans to convert its entire fleet of 1.200 buses to electric, with 50% of e-buses expected by next year. All primary schools in Milan and the metropolitan area can join the project by registering at: www.giuntiscuola.it/sicuramente-gioco-per-vivere-insieme-la-strada-atm
