Rome, June 20 (Adnkronos) – Rai is on the eve of its annual meeting with advertisers, scheduled for June 27 in Naples for the presentation of the schedules for the next season. Public television could bring a series of good results on that occasion.

In the period from January 1st to June 14th 2025, Rai – Adnkronos has learned – confirmed its leadership in Prime Time and All Day ratings (with a share of 39% and 37% respectively).

In prime time, the Rai Group surpasses the Mediaset group by more than 4,4 percentage points (the gap, with the same perimeter, between the 3 generalist channels Rai and Mediaset alone rises to more than 9,5 percentage points, or 34,5% versus 25%).

In 24-hour data, the Rai Group exceeds the Mediaset group by 0,3 percentage points (but the gap, with the same perimeter, between the 3 generalist Rai and Mediaset channels is a good 4,9 points, with a 31,3% share versus 26,4%).

In this context, the flagship network takes the lion's share. Rai1 grows in Prime Time and All Day by +2 and +0,9 percentage points respectively compared to 2024. In prime time Rai1 scores the best share result of the last 20 years (since 2004) with an average share of 24,7%, exceeding the main competitor (Canale10,7) by 5 percentage points and widening the gap by 3,7 percentage points compared to 2024. In the All Day Rai1 obtains the best share result of the last 15 years (since 2010) with an average share of 19,9%, exceeding the main competitor (Canale3,3) by 5 percentage points and widening the gap by 2 points compared to 2024.
