Rome, October 14 (Adnkronos) – The series of meetings 'Integrated Paths for a Responsible Future' begins with the conference 'Economic Development and Environmental Sustainability: Between a Change of Direction and an Evolving Strategy', promoted by the Fondazione Geometri Italiani, in collaboration with the National Council of Surveyors and Graduate Surveyors and the Cassa Geometri.

The initiative, taking place from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM at Roma Eventi – Piazza di Spagna in Rome, was created to foster regular dialogue between political and institutional leaders, technical, academic, and business representatives, aimed at developing shared strategies for the country's sustainable and competitive development.

In a context marked by ongoing geopolitical shifts, the sustainable transition focuses on resource optimization and efficiency, with economic (cost stabilization and business competitiveness) and social (reduced vulnerability for exposed groups) benefits. The conference will provide an updated overview of the current dynamics and the tools that can be implemented. The analysis by the Study Center of the Fondazione Geometri Italiani on the impact of building incentives and the prospects for a fair, sustainable, and fiscally responsible transition will be presented, along with practical suggestions for institutions and stakeholders.
