Air transport, Troncone: "Develop Saf production for decarbonization process"

Rome, 28 Nov. – (Adnkronos) – "The proposals of the Pacta Foundation aim to enhance the industrial possibility of developing biofuels under the umbrella of sustainability that is not only environmental but also economic. The focus is in particular on more sustainable aircraft and sustainable fuels for aviation, such as Saf already available for the first stage of 2030 that Europe imposes on us, or 6% in the tanks of our aircraft. In 2035 the objective triples and there is a need for industrial policies that incentivize production. Furthermore, CO2 capture is an increasingly important lever for achieving the 2050 objectives''.
