Rome, 28 Nov. – (Adnkronos) – “The Return project is a national project selected within the framework of extended PNRR partnerships to address the issue of natural and anthropogenic environmental risks and sees the broad participation of research institutions, national universities together with large companies to help improve the ability to understand natural phenomena and also to provide concrete tools that allow for prevention, management and monitoring of risks.” These are the words of Andrea Prota, President of the Return Foundation, who spoke in Bologna at the Dissemination Workshop of the Return project (Multi-Risk Science for Resilient Communities under a Changing Climate), funded by the PNRR.

“The project brings together skills that concern aspects of the STEM type, therefore of the geological engineering type with skills that concern the social human sciences and this is because it is fundamental for us that everything we do is on the one hand shared by our citizens, but that it also reaches the citizens because they contribute to the implementation of policies for mitigation and reduction of the impacts of climate change on our daily lives”, concluded Prota.
