Adnkronos Rome, 23 April (Adnkronos) – "Ursula Von der Leyen's rearmament plan cannot be done: beyond the merits of the issue, we had underlined in every way the procedural defect of passing a gigantic rearmament plan, without any vote in the European Parliament, where the representatives elected by the citizens sit.
Today the Legal Affairs Committee of the European Parliament itself also says so". Nicola Fratoianni of Avs says so.
"Von der Leyen and her associates must understand something very simple but also very clear: you cannot - continues the leader of SI - bypass democracy, you cannot exclude the representatives directly elected by European citizens from the decisions and responsibilities that these entail.
