La victim è Mariano Olla, a 16 year old boy originally from Sestu, a town located in the metropolitan area of Cagliari. At the time of the discovery, the young man he was wearing a pair of jeans and trainers, but he would have been without his shirt. A detail that contributed decisively to his identification was the finding of a catenin which she was wearing around her neck, recognized by family members who rushed to the scene.
