Rome, 28 April – (Adnkronos) – Engineering announces that the Chief Executive Officer, Maximo Ibarra, at the helm of the Group since 2021, has decided to resign for personal reasons with effect from today. The Board of Directors of Engineering has appointed Aldo Bisio as the new CEO of the Group with effect from the same day.
Aldo Bisio, a graduate in mechanical engineering, has held the role of CEO of Vodafone Italy and Group Chief Commercial Officer.
Previously, he was CEO and General Manager of the Ariston Group and General Manager of RCS Quotidiani.
Ibarra's decision - explains the leading company in digitalization processes for companies and Public Administration - "comes after the presentation of the financial results that confirm the very positive growth path of recent years, recording a significant organic increase in Ebitda and all performance indicators, as well as a significant improvement in the Group's positioning in high-growth IT market segments".
