Adnkronos Rome, 23 June (Adnkronos) – The Chamber of Deputies rejected the resolutions presented by Pd, M5s, Avs and Iv on the communications of the Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni in view of the European Council. The chamber instead approved parts of the resolution of Azione, those on which the government had given a positive opinion.
The Democratic Party and Avs voted no to some points of the M5S resolution, which was voted on separately.
In particular, the part of the text that referred to a possible agreement with Russia on gas was the one that most divided the opposition, together with the part on support for Ukraine.
