With these statements, Sauro Corzani, CEO of the Dalla Torre dairy, spoke today at the 15th edition of the Human&Green Retail Forum 2025, 'The Mediterranean diet as a compass for sustainable retail', at the University of Milan Foundation (UniMi).
The CEO also focuses on the sustainability characteristics of his production facility: "As Dalla Torre, we have always invested in sustainability, paying attention to transportation, the materials used, and prioritizing the use of clean energy," he explains. "We use 100% certified clean energy," he concludes.
