Seizing the opportunities that arise from its intelligent use can represent, especially for consumers shopping on e-commerce sites, a tool for creating purchasing paths geared toward healthy eating or products that embody some of the principles embodied in the Mediterranean diet, in the broadest sense."

This was stated by Gian Maria Gentile, general manager of Easy Coop, participating today in the 15th edition of the Human&Green Retail Forum 2025, 'The Mediterranean diet as a compass for sustainable retail', at the University of Milan Foundation (UniMi).
