Rome, 13 June – (Adnkronos) – “An event like today’s is very important because it allows us to address fundamental issues in the context of the reform of work in the sports sector. It is necessary to pay close attention to the issue of volunteering and the issue of the difference between amateurism and professionalism. These are aspects that must be examined also and above all from the point of view of labor law".

This was stated by the rector of Rome Tor Vergata, Nathan Levialdi Ghiron, on the sidelines of the conference entitled “The reform of sports law: innovations and perspectives”, organized by professors Pasquale Passalacqua and Antonio Leonardo Fraioli, professors of Labor Law of the Department of Law of the University of Rome Tor Vergata at the Salone d'Onore of the Coni. “This is necessary to be able to determine an organic regulatory framework, in function of a development of sports activity in all its forms and determinations” concludes Levialdi Ghiron.
