Rome, 17 June – (Adnkronos) – “Eni Plenitude has been participating in the Energy Bank since 2023, as part of the activities to combat energy poverty. We have taken part in 16 projects, supporting several thousand families in Italy, for example by paying household bills. The commitment is evolving towards more structured interventions, such as replacing household appliances with more efficient models to ensure savings over time, or the creation of solidarity energy communities that allow the sharing of energy produced from renewable sources.
This is the path that Plenitude, as a benefit company, intends to continue: an action that integrates the fight against energy poverty, social inclusion and the fight against educational poverty". This was stated by Stefano Goberti, CEO of Eni Plenitude, speaking at Palazzo Wedekind during the seventh plenary session of the Manifesto "Together to fight energy poverty".
