Palermo, 11 Feb. (Adnkronos) – There is also Gaetano Fernandez, a 22-year-old boy, among those arrested in the maxiblitz of the Palermo Carabinieri. His name is unknown to most, but he was among the protagonists of the film 'Sicilian ghost story' which tells the story of little Giuseppe Di Matteo, kidnapped and dissolved in acid by the mafia to convince his father, a collaborator of justice, not to speak to the magistrates. His brother is also under investigation on charges of having given away a gun. Gaetano and Angelo Fernandez are the sons of Salvatore Fernandez, a life sentence who confessed to the murder of Giuseppe Incontrera, the boss of Porta Nuova who was assassinated in 2023.
