Adnkronos Milan, March 18 (Adnkronos) – Reduced sentence on appeal for trapper Shiva. The Court of Appeal of Milan has accepted the proposal for a settlement reached by the general prosecutor and the defense of the singer, stage name Andrea Arrigoni, for a sentence of 4 years and 7 months for having shot and wounded two alleged attackers on July 11, 2023 inside the courtyard of the offices of the record company in Settimo Milanese.
In the first instance, last July 10, the judges of the Milan court had sentenced the trapper to six years, six months and 20 days for the crime of attempted murder, illegal possession of a firearm and dangerous explosions for the shooting that took place in via Cusago, in Settimo Milanese, during which two young Milanese people were shot in the legs. The 24-year-old had defended himself with long spontaneous statements, today instead he 'celebrates' with an Instagram story with the writing 'free' (free, ed.). The reduction of the sentence allows him to focus only on music.
