According to an initial reconstruction, a 15-year-old student armed with a knife broke into two different classrooms, hitting four classmates. The young man, enrolled in the first year of high school, it would not be reported to the police nor would he have a criminal record.
The attack was stopped by the timely intervention of some teachers and school staff members, who managed to block it before the arrival of the officers. At the moment, the reasons are not yet known which pushed him to commit the act.

According to a source close to the investigation, quoted by the broadcaster BFM TV, the victim deceased would be a student. Among the other three injured, one is reportedly in critical condition, another has reportedly suffered medium-level injuries, while the third was only superficially injured.
In a message published on X, the Minister of Education announced that she was leaving for Nantes, accompanied by Bruno Retailleau, to demonstrate closeness and support to the entire school community.
Le Parisien reports that the attacker, identified as Justin P., had shown in the past signs of psychological distress, including suicidal thoughts. Investigators have determined that, shortly before the attack, the boy had distributed a manifesto entitled “Immune action” through the school digital platform, addressing it to all students of the institute.
In the document, the student denounced what he called “a global system destructive for humanity and the planet”, articulating his vision into three main axes: the so-called “global ecocide”, “systemic violence and social alienation” and, finally, “totalitarian social conditioning”.
