More than a hotel, Su Gologone is a sensory journey through Sardinian tradition, a place where hospitality intertwines with art and craftsmanship. Every corner of the structure tells a story, from the suites furnished with unique pieces made in the Botteghe Su Gologone, to the restaurant that offers dishes passed down through generations. Among the new features, the Art Studio suite stands out, an artists' residence where guests can be inspired by the surrounding beauty and give free rein to their creativity with colors, brushes and canvases at their disposal. The experience offered by Su Gologone winds through gastronomic and cultural itineraries, yoga lessons on the Terrazza dei Desideri, ceramics and embroidery courses, nature walks and dinners under the stars in the vegetable garden.

Giovanna Palimodde, owner and soul of the hotel, has created a refuge where the authenticity of Barbagia is expressed in every detail, from the rooms furnished with handcrafted fabrics and ceramics, to the spaces dedicated to relaxation, such as Sos Nidos, a corner suspended between heaven and earth where you can lose yourself in the breathtaking panorama.

The cuisine of Su Gologone celebrates the flavors of Sardinia with the “Menu dei Centenari”, a tribute to the longevity of the local population: Barbagia cured meats, selected cheeses, wild vegetables, traditional dishes such as frughe soup and goat stew with aromatic herbs, up to desserts with fresh cheese and must. A table that tells the story of a territory and its inhabitants.bar tablao

Loved by artists and celebrities, Su Gologone was a refuge for Madonna and Richard Gere during their filming experiences in Sardinia. Today, it continues to be a unique destination for those seeking a stay that is not just a holiday, but an authentic immersion in the true spirit of the island.Terrace
