Adnkronos Palermo, April 29 (Adnkronos) – Salvatore Calvaruso, the Palermo boy arrested on charges of having shot the night of the brawl in Monreale (Palermo) in which three young people died, during the preliminary hearing before the investigating judge availed himself of the right to remain silent but, as Adnkronos has learned, he made spontaneous statements. The boy is accused of massacre and illegal possession of weapons.
At first, in the barracks, he confessed to having shot, then in front of the prosecutor, a few hours later, he remained silent. And today, in front of the investigating judge, he availed himself of the right to remain silent but making spontaneous statements. The investigating judge's decision is expected between this evening and tomorrow.
