Capri, May 17 (Adnkronos) – “We strongly believe that the integration between artificial intelligence and human intelligence can improve not only the quality of public service, but also the training of workers, making it more suited to the needs of the market”. This is what Marinella Perrini, head of media relations for INPS, said at the Net Forum in Capri. Perrini underlined the Institute's experience in the use of artificial intelligence, gained above all thanks to the PNRR: “We strongly believe that the integration between artificial intelligence and human intelligence can improve not only the quality of public service, but also the training of workers, making it more suited to the needs of the market”, she explained.
Perrini underlined how the PNRR has been a driving force for the development of numerous digital services based on AI, promoting a significant technological transformation in the approach to welfare: “Artificial intelligence is not only a tool for optimising individual services, but an opportunity for society as a whole, capable of having a positive impact on multiple levels,” he stated.
“The goal of INPS, he added, is to use artificial intelligence to promote a generative welfare model, as outlined by the president and the board of directors, capable of responding more effectively and completely to the needs and requirements of users”.
