Rome, 3 December (Adnkronos) – "We express doubts about the rule that imposes the obligation to physically identify customers on owners of structures that offer short-term rentals. Security must be protected, but remote identification, a procedure that offers sufficient guarantees, should not be confused with simply sending a photocopy. We ask for greater attention to a measure that risks fueling the black economy and further penalizing the property rights of 600.000 small owners and the entrepreneurial activity of 30.000 managers". This is what the Economy Department of the League said in a note.
