Whoever wins one of the 10.000 euro prizes you can collect it from a Sisal Rewards Payment Point, or by going to one of the Sisal Awards Offices, active from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 13.00, located respectively at Milan (Via Ugo Bassi, 6) and to Roma (Sacco and Vanzetti Avenue, 89).

For winnings from played online, it is necessary to submit the printout of the Winning bet detail, the game account code, a valid identity document and the Tax Code.
