Adnkronos Reggio Emilia, 13 March (Adnkronos/Labitalia) – "The Epal sector was the first to manage the new European regulation, already twenty years ago when Epal started it had already thought that the pallet is circular, is reused and creates very little waste, in my opinion Epal is at the forefront of this European regulation and we can say that they are already operational".
This was stated by Riccardo Casadei, president of Epal Italia, who spoke today at the general meeting of companies active in the repair, reuse and management of pallets underway in Gattatico di Reggio Emilia.
"The Epal system – he explains – is a winning system, it handles 400 million movements in Italy and thanks to Conlegno which has more than 200 registered repairers we are able to control the quality through independent inspection bodies, a system that obviously gives the possibility to large-scale distribution, branded products and logistics to use the Epal pallet at the lowest possible cost".
