A symbolic gesture for Europe
La delegazione di centrosinistra ha recentemente compiuto un pellegrinaggio a Ventotene, un’isola simbolo della costruzione europea, per rendere omaggio a uno dei suoi padri fondatori, Altiero Spinelli. Questo evento, promosso dal Partito Democratico, ha visto la partecipazione di rappresentanti di Italia Viva, Avs e +Europa, mentre Azione e Movimento 5 Stelle hanno annunciato la loro assenza.
La cerimonia ha incluso la deposizione di un mazzo di fiori nei colori blu e giallo, rappresentativi dell’Unione Europea, sulla tomba di Spinelli, un atto che sottolinea l’importanza della memoria storica e dei valori europei.
