During the first episode of Temptation Island, Antonio decided to reveal to the show's producers the real reason why he wanted to participate: he is no longer sure of his feelings for his girlfriend.
“I falsified my intention to participate in Temptation, but now I want to start again and bring out the truth. I no longer know what I really want. She is aggressive and narrow-minded, tends to raise her voice. The truth is that love existed, but every day it becomes weaker and weaker. I am no longer sure of my feelings for her. Her behavior has turned me off. I cannot live freely and I feel like I am imprisoned. I used to be a cheerful and calm person, but not anymore.
I proposed to her and I don’t want to regret this decision in the future. So, it’s better to reveal the truth now instead of telling lies in the future. The way I desire her has changed inside me. Now I prefer to spend time with my friends when she’s not around. I prefer to be alone, rather than with her. It’s almost as if her presence bothers me. I prefer to spend less time with her and more at work. The more time I spend without her, the better I feel, because the more we are together, the more we risk arguing.
