The Return of The Island of the Famous

Last night, Veronica Gentiles led the second episode of the 19th edition of The Island of the Famous, with Simona Ventura as the only opinion maker and Pier Paolo Pretelli sent to Honduras. The ratings recorded a total of 2.049.000 viewers, corresponding to a 17,5% share. A result that, although not exceptional, marks a slight increase compared to the first episode, which had totalled 2.039.000 viewers and a 18,9% share.

The competition with Rai Uno

Su Rai1, The series Gerri got a hearing of 3.220.000 viewers, Equal to 19% share, confirming the solidity of the network's programming. The challenge between the two channels is becoming more and more intense, with Mediaset trying to recover ground after a previous edition of L'Isola that was not particularly brilliant. The presenter Gentili expressed her concerns about the ratings, stating that she feels anxious and wants to restore authenticity to the reality show.

Televoting and the dynamics of reality

The televoting is over Antonella Mosetti e Patricia Rossetti for the Senators group, while Leonardo Brum e Carly Tommasini were chosen for the Young group. Tension grows among the contestants, with the audience called to decide who to save. The presenter underlined the importance of the human experiment, where the castaways put themselves on the line without filters, showing their true essence.

Other programs on air

In the television landscape, Milly Carlucci has launched its new program Dreaming Dancing With The Stars, but the ratings did not shine, with only 1.774.000 spectators for Techetechete. Also Friends continues to keep the attention high, with the semi-final which recorded 3.583.000 viewers and a 25,9% share. The competition between reality and talent shows is more heated than ever, with the public increasingly involved in the voting dynamics and eliminations.
