Adnkronos Kiev, April 24 (Adnkronos) – At least nine people were killed and 60 others were injured, including children, in a night-time attack with Russian missiles and drones on the Ukrainian capital Kiev. Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported, adding that falling debris from a drone triggered several fires and there are fears that several people may have been trapped under the rubble of a destroyed residential building.
Explosions were also reported in the northeastern city of Kharkiv, which has also come under attack. At least two people were injured. The attacks come hours after US President Donald Trump accused Volodymyr Zelensky of damaging peace talks after the Ukrainian president ruled out recognising Russian control over Crimea.
