It would not have been an illness that caused the death of Angelo Frassi on December 28, 2024 on ski slopes of Val Palot, as initially hypothesized. The man would have died due to a tragic accident at work, which is why two photos were taken arrests.

The preliminary investigations judge has ordered house arrest for the legal representative and the special attorney of the company which operates the Pisogne ski resort. Manslaughter aggravated by the violation of the rules for the prevention of accidents, is the accusation that is contested to the two.
The accident It happened on December 28, 2024 along the Duadello ski lift. Not receiving any response via radio from Frassi, his colleagues began searching, finally finding him lying lifeless on the snow. The man was now dead: attempts to revive him had been in vain.
The investigations carried out by the health personnel and requested by the Prosecutor's Office have confirmed that it wasn't a heart attack, but of an accidental fall from a pylon of the Duadello ski lift.

Initially, the medical personnel who intervened attributed the death to a cardiac arrest caused by illness. However, the investigations carried out revealed that the death was caused by a fall accidental from a ski lift pylon. Frassi had climbed up to free a stuck seat. According to the prosecution, he was wearing neither a helmet nor a harness.
The investigations were conducted under the direction of the Public Prosecutor's Office, and were carried out by the Alpine Rescue of the Guardia di Finanza of Edolo, the Guardia di Finanza of Breno and the Investigative Unit of the Carabinieri of Brescia.
