On the international front, Italian Minister of Defense Guido Crosetto would have underlined the danger represented by the Iranian nuclear program: "The existential conflict between Iran and Israel, but where the former are honing the capacity to produce nuclear weapons". On the Syrian front, the United States would have destroyed weapons in Syria to protect its forces, reiterating its mission against ISIS.
