Andrea Sempio is ready for his hearing before the prosecutors as a suspect in the murder of Chiara Poggi. He has been summoned for tomorrow afternoon, May 6th, where he will appear before the judges to express his position regarding his role in the murder of Chiara Poggi, which occurred on August 13th, 2007.
An expert opinion from a psychotherapist confirmed
For Andrea Sempio there will be a hearing before the hearing personality counseling by a psychotherapist and as revealed by his lawyer, the attorney Catalysts, this consultancy is "one of the prerequisites of the defense pool".
They later revealed that they will ask the PM to listen to it again after this consultation in order to have a broader set of circumstantial evidence to support their defendant's defense.
He will avail himself of the right not to respond
The defenders of Andrea Sempio, the lawyers Angela Taccia and Liberio Cataliotti have made it known in a note, as reported TgCom24 that their client “will exercise the right to remain silent”.
This decision stems from the fact that the evidentiary framework is incomplete and also because the investigations are not yet closed.
The file cited is not only incomplete but also not yet viewable.
Lacking this type of elements they see it as useless for Sempio to answer the PM's questions at the Pavia Public Prosecutor's Office, they nevertheless confirmed the presence of the 38-year-old under investigation.
