AdHub Media Srl, as data controller (“Company” or “we”) informs you that your personal data is collected and processed based on logic and procedures consistent with the purposes indicated below and in compliance with the Regulation (EU ) n. 2016/679 (the “Regulation”).

The Company processes the following categories of personal data concerning you: (i) identification data, such as your name and surname; (ii) contact details, such as your email address.

The Company collects and processes the personal data provided by you for information, promotion and commercial communication activities. This processing is based on your express consent.
The provision of your personal data for the purposes indicated above is optional. However, failure to provide them will make it impossible to receive newsletters and promotional and commercial communications from the Company.
Methods of processing and storage of personal data
The Company processes your personal data with and without the aid of electronic tools and always in compliance with the security and confidentiality requirements required by the Regulation. Only Company personnel duly authorized to process will have access to your personal data.
Your personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to pursue the purposes for which they are collected and for the fulfillment of applicable legal or regulatory obligations. Upon achieving the purposes indicated above, or when the wish to no longer receive the aforementioned communications is communicated, your personal data will be immediately deleted or otherwise made anonymous, except in the case in which the Company is required to retain such data to fulfill legal or regulatory obligations.

Your personal data will not be communicated to third parties in any way, except when required by law or public authorities.
Rights of the interested party

In particular, you have the right to: obtain confirmation regarding the existence or otherwise of the processing of personal data concerning you, verify its content, origin, precision, request its integration, updating, modification, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, as well as limit or oppose the processing for legitimate reasons. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent national data protection supervisory authority, as well as to withdraw your consent at any time with future effect.
