Sergio Marchi, general manager of Ismea, said this on the sidelines of the signing today in Rome of the operational agreement between Ismea (Institute of services for the agricultural food market) and Arsial (Regional Agency for the development and innovation of agriculture of Lazio). "We will analyze the various moments, therefore from production to transformation to distribution, on the large-scale retail trade, but also on retail distribution and we will also interact with consumers through targeted interviews. All this can help the political decision maker, in this case the Lazio region, and Arsial, to decide as they deem most coherent. We are a technical body and therefore we provide the technical data and this is the support we can give to the institutions", he concluded.
