Rome, October 19 (askanews) – Poste Italiane's passport issuance and renewal service continues to be an increasingly important point of reference for citizens, with over 300 requests submitted at post offices. Of these, 240 were processed at approximately 7 post offices in municipalities with fewer than 15 inhabitants.
The transformation process envisioned by the Polis Project continues: post office modernization work has been completed in 24 provinces, including Agrigento, Bari, Bolzano, Florence, Imperia, and Pisa. Overall, over 6.200 post offices, representing 90% of the entire network covered by the project, have already completed renovations.
