Milan, October 22 (Adnkronos) – Milan preliminary investigations judge Marta Pollicino has accepted the plea bargains of Davide Lacerenza (4 years and 8 months) and his ex-partner Stefania Nobile (3 years), daughter of Wanna Marchi, arrested last March for drug possession and dealing and aiding and abetting and exploiting prostitution in the Gintoneria investigation.
Defended by lawyer Liborio Cataliotti, the judge also ordered compensation of over €900 through the confiscation of their assets.
The bottles of champagne and furniture seized from the Via Napo Torriani establishment will then be auctioned off to repay the debts. Lacerenza will be able to apply for probation with social services, while Stefania Nobile will soon begin community service. "Both will receive further discounts if they behave," explains the lawyer.
