Both robots employ the new Twin-Capture system , which divides the collection task: the brush bristles convey larger debris directly into the chamber, while the motor focuses on fine dust. The side brush has been redesigned with precise orientation and a flexible connector, guiding debris into the airflow while avoiding tangling hair and fur. Additionally, the brush extends outward to better clean edges and corners.

Cleaning settings, scheduling, and zone definition are managed through the MyDyson™ app , available for iOS and Android. The app requires a Wi-Fi (2,4 GHz or 5 GHz) or mobile data connection and Bluetooth 4.0 support.
