"With regard to the specific issue of energy transition, on the one hand, our students are key players because they are deeply aware of it, while on the other, they also face a skills gap that would allow them to effectively enter this world of work. This is the first course in Italy on these topics. We strongly believe in the new four-plus-two supply chain," a training program that combines four years of high school with two years of specialization at an ITS Academy.
"There are forty-two active in Lazio. We hold a record among Italian regions." These were the words of Anna Paola Sabatini, director general of the Regional School Office (USR) for Lazio, at the presentation in Rome of the Green Innovation ITS Academy Foundation, established at the instigation of the Maire group to meet the need to train highly specialized technicians in decarbonization and the circular economy.
The first ITS course in “Energy Transition Specialist” will start by November 2026.
