Termoli: Mother and son found dead at home, likely a murder-suicide.

(Adnkronos) – Tragedy has struck Ururi, on Via Marina, where an 85-year-old mother and her 58-year-old son were found dead inside their home. Carabinieri officers responded to the scene and have begun an investigation to reconstruct the events and determine the cause of the two deaths. The Larino prosecutor's office is coordinating the investigation.

Among the theories being considered is that the 58-year-old murdered his mother, followed by the man's suicide. Neighbors raised the alarm, suspicious because they hadn't seen them for days. Firefighters forced their way into the house.
