Grande fright for a group of American tourists travelling on the Autostrada del Sole. This morning, around 9am, the bus coming from Orvieto and headed to Siena was travelling along the Umbrian section of the A1, about ten kilometres from the Fabro junction, near the Ritorto rest area, when an iron stake, probably fallen from another vehicle, hit the windshield of the medium.
The impact has the driver was injured, which however it is managed to stop the bus promptly in the emergency lane, avoiding more serious consequences for the passengers on board.
