Worker falls from the roof of a warehouse in Fiano Romano, dead

Yet another workplace accident has claimed the life of a worker today. The fatal accident occurred this morning on Via del Lavoro, at the corner of Via del Progresso, in Fiano Romano. A 57-year-old Italian man died after falling eight meters from a skylight while working on the roof of an industrial warehouse under construction.

It happened around 9:30 a.m. Carabinieri from the Fiano Romano station and Spresal staff from the ASL RM4 health authority were on the scene. The investigation is being coordinated by the Rieti prosecutor's office.
