The integration of artificial intelligence in diagnostic imaging is seen not only as a potential benefit for the sustainability of the National Health System (NHS), but also as an ally for clinicians in the early identification of diseases, including cancer, and in the personalization of treatments, benefiting better patient management and the overall health of the population. These are the topics addressed in the meeting "AI in Italian Diagnostics: From Adoption to Clinical Impact," promoted in Milan by DeepHealth, during the 52nd National Congress of the Italian Society of Medical and Interventional Radiology (SIRM).
The event gave the AI-based healthcare IT company the opportunity to present its new clinical AI portfolio, its largest globally following the acquisition of French company Gleamer, known for its AI software for radiology.
