Factorial presents its 2026 Business Facts Index in Milan: "More AI doesn't mean less work."

"More AI doesn't mean less work," according to the Factorial Business Facts Index 2026, presented today in Milan at the Factorial Summit. 56,5% of managers say their own and their teams' workload has remained unchanged or increased since the introduction of AI tools, while only 34,2% say it has decreased.

For this reason, according to Factorial's Vice President of Marketing Nicola Laganà: "What's needed is AI that's integrated into business processes, not just AI. This can help companies have people focused on high-value-added activities and decisions."
