Colarusso (Confindustria Energia): "During these difficult times, energy companies have already given so much."

We're going through a period in which the high cost of energy is a significant problem for businesses, particularly energy-intensive companies, but also for SMEs, in terms of competitiveness, and for consumers. The budget law measures tend to address this period, also recognizing that everyone must do their part. However, energy companies have already contributed so much, and it's necessary to support major structural investments.

Modestino Colarusso, general director of Confindustria Energia, spoke to Adnkronos live from Ecomondo, the green, blue, and circular economy event, held at the Rimini Fiera until November 6.
