(Adnkronos) – The platform for refunds and discount vouchers offered by the 12 valley consortia participating in Dolomiti Superski has been launched. Eligible customers will be able to choose between a 20% refund and a 30% discount voucher. The twelve valley consortia participating in Dolomiti Superski are providing a total of €30 million for the initiative.
Following the acceptance of the commitments submitted by Dolomiti Superski and the twelve participating valley consortia, as part of the proceedings of the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM), the operational phase of the refund and discount voucher system has begun. The financial measures are provided by the twelve valley consortia, each with resources dedicated to its own ski area.
From this date, eligible customers will be able to submit their request online through the dedicated platform, accessible from the Dolomiti Superski Benefits page.
The initiative applies to customers who purchased a ski pass for one of the 12 ski areas participating in the Dolomiti Superski circuit, valid from 1 to 31 days, in the 2022/23, 2023/24, or 2024/25 winter seasons.
The 2025/26 season is not included in the initiative. Eligible ski passes are: daily and multi-day passes – single-area ski passes valid for up to 31 consecutive days; discounted or promotional rates are included if they refer to one of the 12 areas and are valid for 1 to 31 days; some specific formulas may also be eligible: open-dated ski passes, Dolomiti SkiMyWay single-area daily passes, and Telepass single-area daily passes.
Not included are all Dolomiti Superski ski pass types, including single-area season passes, Superski Family, Superdays, Valle Silver, Ikon Pass, points value cards, half-day ski passes, and free, blocked, or refunded ski passes. Once the eligibility of your purchase has been verified, you can choose between two types of benefit. The choice made at the time of request will be final. 1) Bank transfer equal to 20% of the eligible amount, credited to the account indicated by the applicant. 2) Voucher equal to 30% of the eligible amount, usable for one or more future purchases of single-area ski passes.
Online access to the dedicated platform via the Benefits page. Purchase verification: To verify your purchase, you may be asked for your ski pass number or proof of payment. Benefit selection: Once verification is complete, you can choose between a 20% refund or a 30% discount voucher; for vouchers, you must also specify the resort in which you will be using them. Once your request has been confirmed, it will no longer be possible to change the type of benefit selected or the resort associated with the voucher.
The discount voucher is not personal, transferable, and valid until the end of the 2028/29 winter season. It can be used at points of sale in the selected ski area or online; up to three discount codes can be used for each online purchase. Benefits will be awarded until available funds are exhausted. The funds, made available by the twelve participating valley consortia, are divided into separate budgets for each ski area and benefit type. The platform will allow you to check availability at the time of request. The funds allocated for the discount vouchers will be distributed in three annual installments for the 2026/27, 2027/28, and 2028/29 seasons.
The initiative includes the 12 Dolomiti Superski ski areas: Cortina d'Ampezzo, Plan de Corones, Alta Badia, Val Gardena/Alpe di Siusi, Val di Fassa/Carezza, Arabba/Marmolada, 3 Cime Dolomiti, Val di Fiemme/Obereggen, San Martino di Castrozza/Passo Rolle, Rio Pusteria/Bressanone, Alpe Lusia/San Pellegrino, and Civetta. The following ski areas are excluded: Skirama Adamello Brenta; Val di Sole: Folgarida-Marilleva, Pejo, Tonale-Ponte di Legno; Val Rendena: Madonna di Campiglio, Pinzolo. Also included: Andalo-Fai della Paganella, Monte Bondone, Alpe Cimbra-Folgaria-Lavarone, Brentonicoski, and Funivie Lagorai (Brocon Pass).
If you don't have your card number, you can request customer service to verify your documents through the portal. You will need to enter all available purchase information and upload documentation that allows verification, such as: receipt; receipt; proof of payment; or other documentation related to the ski pass. In this case, the amount is temporarily reserved until the documentation is evaluated. If the request is rejected or the missing documents are not submitted within 15 days, the amount will become available again. In this case, you can submit a new application, depending on the funds still available.
The discount voucher can be used to purchase a new single-area ski pass, valid for 1 to 31 days, in the ski area selected at the time of request. The discount credit can also be used to purchase combined ski passes, where available. However, the discount credit will be calculated exclusively on the ski pass price for the single ski area and not on the Dolomiti Superski price.
It can also be applied to ski passes purchased at a discounted or preferential rate. The discount coupon can be used: at sales points in the selected area, by presenting the discount coupon; or online, when purchasing the ski pass. To use it online, enter the code on the discount coupon in the final step of the purchase process. You can enter up to three discount codes for each online purchase. If the value available on the discount coupon is greater than the cost of the new purchase, the remaining credit will not be lost. The unused portion remains available on the same discount coupon and can be used for subsequent purchases within the 2028/29 winter season.
The request may not be accepted in the following cases: Ineligible purchase: The purchased ski pass does not fall within the types eligible for the promotion (daily or multi-day ski passes), or the purchase was made outside the eligible period, between the 2022/23 and 2024/25 seasons. Canceled or already refunded purchase: The purchase has been canceled, reversed, or already refunded. Duplicate request: A request has already been submitted or approved for the same purchase. It is not possible to obtain the benefit multiple times for the same purchase.
Purchase cannot be verified: The data entered does not allow us to identify the purchase or does not match the information in the systems. Missing, incomplete, or unsuitable documentation: The attached documents do not allow us to verify the purchase or related payment, are illegible, incomplete, or do not match the data entered in the request. Failure to supplement documentation: The requested information or additional documents were not provided within the 15-day deadline. Exhaustion of available funds: The resources allocated to provide the requested benefit have been exhausted.
If the documentation cannot be used to identify the type of ski pass purchased, the amount paid will be calculated as a flat rate. In this case, a 20% refund will not be possible; instead, only the 30% discount coupon will be applied. The calculation takes into account a specific percentage of valley sales for each ski area. Therefore, even with the same documented amount, the amount paid may vary depending on the ski area.
The initiative provides a total of €30.000.000, divided into: €12.000.000 for 20% reimbursements; and €18.000.000 for 30% discount vouchers. The resources are divided into separate ceilings and different amounts for each of the 12 Dolomiti Superski ski areas. The funds for the 30% discount vouchers are distributed in three annual installments for the 2026/27, 2027/28, and 2028/29 seasons. Benefits are awarded until available funds are exhausted. Submitting an application does not in itself guarantee receipt of the benefit.
For collective purchases of ski passes only, made through, for example, organized groups, sports associations, federations, or other organizations, the benefit request may also be submitted by the person who made the purchase on behalf of their members, card-holding members, or other beneficiaries. In this case, proof of the collective purchase of valley ski passes by the applicant must be provided, and the applicant must undertake to fully transfer any benefits granted to the actual entitled parties, according to their respective entitlements, assuming full responsibility for their correct attribution by means of a specific declaration at the time of the request. This option is available exclusively for collective purchases of ski passes only and does not apply to purchases made as part of packages including additional goods or services.
The request must be submitted directly by the end customer who used the ski pass. Requests submitted directly by tour operators will be rejected. If purchased through a tour operator, the customer must request a declaration from the tour operator certifying the purchase of the ski pass and also attach proof of payment made to the tour operator. If proof of payment is not available, confirmation of purchase of the services received from the tour operator, such as a confirmation email, may be submitted, in exceptional cases. Proof of payment for the entire package alone is not sufficient if this does not provide proof of purchase of the ski pass by the customer.
