Admiral Brad Cooper, commander of CENTCOM, issued a clear warning : "Let the message be clear to the IRGC : if you fire on two of our ships, we will impose an even greater economic cost by hitting three of yours."

Iran's Supreme National Security Council Secretary Mohsen Rezaei told Iranian media that "48 hours ago we tested Iran's anti-ship missile for the first time over a US military vessel," adding that "this special missile turned into a nightmare for the Americans, forcing them to flee."
Meanwhile, Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf accused the United States of using fake AI-generated videos , arguing that “the leaders of that country are in a state of desperation, resorting to empty words, slogans and artificial intelligence to produce photos and videos from the battlefield.”
Operations in the Strait of Hormuz
CENTCOM announced it has diverted 92 commercial vessels, detained three, and boarded two others to ensure strict compliance with the US blockade of Iranian ports in the Strait of Hormuz. The UK Maritime Trade Operations Centre (UKMTO) reported that 59 vessels have passed through the strait in the past 48 hours.
The IRGC confirmed that American bombings had hit multiple locations and launched missile and drone strikes in Jordan, Kuwait, and Bahrain. The situation remains extremely tense, with both sides ready to respond to any new provocation.
