Adnkronos (Adnkronos) – Neopharmed Gentili announces the consolidation of its European rare disease operations under a single brand, renaming the companies in various countries. The transaction, the company announced in a statement, continues the process begun in October 2025 with the acquisition from BioCryst Pharmaceuticals of the European commercial operations of Orladeyo* (berotralstat) for the treatment of hereditary angioedema.
The companies operating in the main European countries, in addition to Italy, will immediately operate under the Neopharmed Gentili brand: France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Spain, and Switzerland. The consolidation will continue until the rare disease activities in all the European markets in which the company operates are united under a single corporate identity.
