Bullhead City, Oct. 15 (askanews) – US President Donald Trump said that public servants who disclose classified military information “should be shot,” while addressing supporters at a campaign rally ahead of the midterm elections in Bullhead City, Arizona. He was referring to an alleged leak of classified military information prior to the June 2025 US strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities.
“They should be shot,” Trump said. “In the old days, we shot people who leaked classified information—you know, when they revealed what time we were going to attack a country and why we were going to do it.”
